We’re looking for a Portfolio Development Coordinator to play a key role supporting the commercial portfolio development team with project team coordination and reporting.

 

About the role

Reporting to one of the teams’ Development Directors, you will provide high-quality coordination, reporting and governance support across portfolio development and project delivery activities.

This is a newly created fulltime permanent role that enables effective oversight, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement of portfolio governance frameworks, while supporting day-to-day team activities.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Business operations support – Provide broad administrative and coordination support for the Portfolio Development Team and across the Trading & Transition business unit
  • Project coordination – Maintain key project artefacts, ensuring accuracy and version control
  • Documentation & templates – Develop and maintain consistent, high-quality portfolio and project templates
  • Project support – Coordinate meetings, track actions, manage POs/invoices, and support team logistics and events
  • Portfolio reporting – Assist in preparing executive-level reporting including weekly updates and board pipeline materials
  • Governance support – Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise governance frameworks and processes

 

About you

You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.

You’ll bring to the role:

  • Excellent organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing reports
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency
  • Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders, including project teams and senior members
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
