About the team

 

The Retail Performance team ensures strong financial performance by strategising and executing competitive offers including actively managing the portfolio of Residential and Business customers.

 

About the role

 

The Retail Performance Analyst is responsible for managing the customer lifecycle for Residential and Business accounts with a primary focus on the End of Plan (EoP) process.

 

You will also be involved in triaging and monitoring exceptions to resolution, performance analysis and insights, process improvement and assisting with regulatory documentation.

 

This position is a 12 month max term contract based at our new Docklands offices with a hybrid working environment of 3 days in the office.

 

  • Coordinate and execute the End-of-Plan process across key retail portfolios. 
  • Lead and manage customer fallout, exceptions, and remediation activities to ensure seamless lifecycle transitions. 
  • Identify and implement process optimisation and automation initiatives to drive continuous improvement not limited to EoP.
  • Manage day-to-day EoP and In-Market Offers performance insights and analysis.
  • Ensure timely delivery of Offers comply with relevant regulatory requirements across the markets we operate in.

 

About you

 

  • Strong experience working in a similar position within the energy, telco or equivalent regulatory environment
  • Proven analytical capability with experience in process improvement, experience with the Atlassian products suite would be an advantage
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful insights, actions and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across a matrix organisation
  • Effective prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and contribute to multiple work streams
