Business Project Services – Technology plays a key role in enabling transformation by delivering complex business and technology initiatives that drive efficiency, uplift capability and support strategic outcomes.
About this Role
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the effective planning and delivery of projects and business initiatives that form part of the overall transformation roadmap—ensuring these are delivered to agreed time, cost, and quality measures.
This will include:
- Leading end‑to‑end project planning including scope, WBS, timelines, costs, resources and schedule creation.
- Managing project delivery to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned to agreed quality standards.
- Driving strong risk, issue and dependency management with robust mitigation planning.
- Engaging senior stakeholders, project teams and vendors to ensure alignment, clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Overseeing compliance with PMO delivery methodology, ensuring documentation, governance, and reporting requirements are met
About You
You are a proactive and collaborative project professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys delivering meaningful outcomes in complex, multi‑stakeholder settings. You communicate openly and build trusted relationships across teams.
You will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Project or Business Management.
- Accreditation such as PMP or AIPM CPM/CPPD (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience delivering significant business or service‑related initiatives with major change elements.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
- Highly developed relationship management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in complex environments.
