About the team
Sitting within our Product and Marketing function the Pricing Operations team is accountable for ensuring our pricing updates are delivered smoothly, accurately, and on time—meeting business objectives and regulatory obligations. Our core focus is on managing and continuously improving the pricing processes – from gathering detailed business requirements, establishing clear business rules, to aligning complex data inputs, managing vendor delivery and system readiness and applying robust quality controls - ensuring every pricing update is precise, compliant, and fully customer ready.
About the role
As a Pricing Operations Specialist, your core purpose is to partner with the business to implement pricing and product strategies, working with different functions and project teams to help deliver pricing outcomes that meet both regulatory requirements and business priorities.
You’ll participate in the development and end-to-end delivery of pricing implementations, ensuring they not only meet business objectives and comply with regulatory and legal requirements, but prioritise customer experience and reflect customer preferences.
Other headline accountabilities include:
- Protecting and strengthening the integrity of our pricing processes by creating clear governance processes and risk strategies that support our regulatory obligations.

Supporting the effective delivery of our communications by creating clear business documents, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring all requirements are well defined and easy to follow.

Qualifications & Experience

Tertiary qualifications in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Computing or other related field.

3+ years’ experience in an operational based role.

Background in energy, utilities, or any other regulated industry preferred.
