About the role
The Sales Leader for New Sales and Energy Solutions is responsible for leading a team of Energy Solution Consultants to meet sales targets and support growth in the expanding Behind the Meter (BtM) residential market.
You will be involved in setting and executing sales strategies, driving revenue and margin, building strong sales capability, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, uplifting processes and promoting continuous improvement.
This is a permanent position based in our Docklands office with hybrid 2-3 days in the office per week.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned to company goals, revenue, and margin targets
- Generate accurate sales forecasts to support planning and decision-making
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience aligned with brand and BtM value propositions while maintaining strong relationships and high satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, managing sales processes and mitigating risk
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve sales processes, tools, and effectiveness
About you
- Proven sales leader/manager with a strong focus on customer experience, building sales capability and enhancing sales tools
- Experience in renewable energy or a strong background in consumer sales within large organisations
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies
- Strategic thinker with a strong focus on execution and results delivery
- Strong operational expertise, including reporting, compliance, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
