About the role: B&C Large Business Billing Leader
Reporting to the B&C Operations Leader, the role is responsible for the B&C end to end large market billing function to ensure the delivery of timely and accurate customer bills. Other responsibilities include;
- Lead and develop a team of billing performance leads ensuring delivery of timely and accurate billing performance across the operational functions of EA and its vendors
- Effective performance management of our BPO vendors against agreed SLA's, for delivery of accurate and timely B&C billing operations
- Coordination of operational projects contributing to the achievement of strategic business objectives (from identification through to UAT & delivery)
- Partnering with Legal, Regulatory and Compliance teams to ensure compliance to regulatory obligations of customer billing processes focusing on continual
- Advocate for an operational excellence discipline, fostering a culture of continual improvement & first time right for our customers.
Be Impactful when you are applying…
The ideal candidate will need a mix of people leadership, billing/operations expertise, and excellent stakeholder management capability. Additionally, you will also have most of the following:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Billing Operations, preferably high-volume complex billing - Large Customer Segment will be viewed favourably.
- Strong understanding of billing systems (Kraken, Oracle CCNB etc)
- Proven experience leading teams focusing on driving accountability and capability uplift
- Strong understanding of customer billing obligations & audit and risk controls
- Technical background would be viewed favourably; experience with applications, UAT, and end to end delivery
- Hands-on experience managing/engaging outsourced providers
