We partner closely with owners corporations and building managers to deliver energy services across more than 150 apartment buildings, gated communities and retirement villages in Victoria, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory and Queensland.

About the role
As our Client and Account Management Lead, you'll be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of residential and commercial clients, including owners corporations, property managers and developers. • Build and maintain trusted long-term relationships with clients, proactively identifying opportunities to add value and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Ensure all client activities comply with relevant energy regulations, embedded network obligations and internal governance frameworks.
  • Maintain oversight of compliance requirements, including customer protections, billing accuracy and reporting standards.
  • Support audits, regulatory reporting and continuous compliance monitoring.
  • Facilitate solution implementation across embedded energy and bulk hot water systems.
  • Deliver accurate and timely client reporting, including operational performance, billing insights and compliance status.
  • Establish and maintain reporting frameworks and KPIs aligned with client and business expectations.
  • Oversee client onboarding and transition into embedded network services, ensuring smooth mobilisation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, billing, business development, delivery) to deliver timely and accurate onboarding outcomes.
